We reserve the right to decline, place on hold, modify, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including when:

• Fraud-prevention systems flag the transaction

We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after it enters processing, fulfillment, or shipment.

Section 4 — Prices, Currency, Discounts, and Taxes

Unless another currency is clearly displayed, prices on our United States storefront and checkout are listed in United States Dollars (USD).

The final amount shown before payment may include:

Mrcatwolrd currently offers free standard shipping on eligible orders delivered within the United States, as explained in our Shipping Policy.

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without prior notice. The price applicable to an accepted order will normally be the price displayed during checkout and shown in the order confirmation.

Promotional offers may be subject to separate conditions, including:

• One-use-per-customer restrictions

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be combined.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may include supported credit cards, debit cards, Shop Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and other methods enabled for the customer or order.

Certain eligible customers may be offered Shop Pay Installments. Eligibility, approval, payment schedules, and financing terms are determined by the applicable financial service provider.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed or fulfilled.

Your payment provider may place a temporary authorization hold on your account. The release time for an authorization hold is determined by the relevant bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

You represent that:

• You are authorized to use the selected payment method
• The payment information supplied is accurate
• The transaction is not fraudulent or unlawful
• You will pay the total amount approved during checkout

Section 6 — Shipping and Delivery

Mrcatwolrd currently provides shipping to eligible addresses within the United States.

Our standard shipping terms are:

• Standard shipping cost: Free
• Order processing time: 1–3 business days
• Estimated transit time: 6–9 business days
• Estimated total delivery time: 7–12 business days
• Processing days: Monday through Friday
• Carrier transit days: Monday through Friday
• Order cutoff time: 5:00 PM Eastern Time

Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or applicable public holidays.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Delivery may be affected by carrier operations, weather, public holidays, address problems, seasonal demand, transportation interruptions, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address.

Please contact us as soon as possible if an address correction is required. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters fulfillment or shipment.

When tracking shows that a package has been delivered but it cannot be located, customers should check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, reception staff, and the carrier before contacting us.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available under our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, or applicable law concerning lost, damaged, defective, incorrect, or undelivered orders.

Section 7 — Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return and Refund Policy.

We accept eligible returns for both defective and non-defective products.

Returned products must generally be:

• New
• Unused
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Unaltered
• Returned with applicable tags, accessories, components, and packaging

Approved returns must be sent by mail.

Under our current return terms, customers are responsible for obtaining and paying for the return shipping label unless Mrcatwolrd agrees otherwise in writing or applicable law requires a different arrangement.

We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

Eligible exchanges are accepted subject to product availability.

Approved refunds are processed within three business days after the returned product has been received and inspected. Additional posting time may be required by the customer’s bank or payment provider.

Section 8 — Intellectual Property

The Services and their content, including applicable text, graphics, logos, designs, images, videos, audio, page layouts, software, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Mrcatwolrd, Shopify, or their respective rights holders.

These materials may be protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade dress, and other intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, you may access and use the Services for lawful, personal, and non-commercial shopping purposes.

Without prior written authorization, you may not:

Shopify names and trademarks belong to Shopify or its licensors.

All other third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

The Services may provide access to features, applications, payment methods, or tools supplied by third parties.

We may not control or monitor every third-party tool.

Third-party tools are provided subject to the terms, privacy policies, and availability of the relevant provider. Your use of such tools is at your discretion and may be governed by separate agreements.

We do not endorse every third-party tool merely because it is accessible through the Services.

We may add, remove, or modify optional tools and features from time to time.

Third-party websites are not controlled by Mrcatwolrd. We are not responsible for their content, availability, security, accuracy, products, services, or privacy practices.

Questions or complaints regarding a third party’s independent products or services should be directed to that third party.

Mrcatwolrd is powered by Shopify, which provides technology and ecommerce infrastructure used to deliver the Services.

Purchases made through our store are transactions directly between the customer and Mrcatwolrd.

Shopify is not the seller of products offered by Mrcatwolrd and is not responsible for Mrcatwolrd’s product selection, fulfillment, customer service, returns, refunds, or other merchant obligations, except to the extent Shopify separately provides a service directly to the customer.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising solely from transactions between you and Mrcatwolrd for which Shopify is not the responsible party.

Nothing in this section excludes any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Section 12 — Privacy

Personal information collected through the Services is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Because our store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify may collect and process certain personal information when customers access or use the Services.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis.

These Terms and the policies incorporated by reference constitute the agreement between you and Mrcatwolrd concerning use of the Services and supersede prior communications concerning the same subject matter.

Nothing in this section limits representations, warranties, or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Any assignment will not reduce rights already available to customers under an accepted order or applicable law.

These Terms and transactions made through the Services are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, disputes may be brought before courts having jurisdiction in South Carolina.

Nothing in this section prevents a customer from exercising rights or bringing a claim in another jurisdiction where applicable law does not permit those rights to be waived.

Section 25 — Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our Services, business practices, policies, technology, or legal obligations change.

The current version will be published on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.

Material changes will apply from the stated effective date and will not normally alter the terms applicable to an order already accepted, except where required by law or agreed with the customer.

Continued use of the Services after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms, subject to applicable law.
